SERVICE NOT PROVIDED

For safety and liability reasons, we are unable to provide the following services:

> Cleaning of items or areas higher than 10 feet
> Full washing of walls and ceilings
> Removal of pests, bodily fluids, chemical waste, excessive mold, or other biohazards
> Cleaning after fire or smoke damage, or spaces heavily saturated with smoke odors (including cigarette, vaping, or cannabis smoke)
> Cleaning of exterior windows, patios, or garages
> Cleaning under heavy objects or furniture that requires lifting or moving

FAQs

Our residential cleaning prices are $49 per hour per cleaner, including supplies, with a minimum booking of 3 hours. For office or commercial services, the rate is $49-59 per hour per cleaner, also with a 3-hour minimum. Recurring service customers enjoy discounts from 2.5% to 10%, depending on frequency (daily, weekly/bi-weekly, or monthly). We're available 7 days a week, 8 am to 8 pm, and our detailed phone or text questionnaire ensures accurate pricing based on your specific needs, allowing us to provide excellent service without physically assessing your home.
The time it takes to clean your home depends on various factors such as its size, condition, and specific cleaning requirements. We can provide you with an estimated time frame after assessing your property.

During the setup process, our Client Care Representative will ask for any special instructions or preferences for your pets while we work in your home. Additionally, we prioritize your pets' safety by using only eco-friendly cleaning products, ensuring a clean and healthy environment for both you and your beloved animals.
